Initial Acupuncture Visit

All private acupuncture sessions include: comprehensive intake and health history followed by acupuncture treatment. It may also include cupping, guasha, bodywork, tuning forks, and essential oils. A Chinese herbal medicine assessment is included and an herbal formula suggested.

Followup Acupuncture Visit

1 hour 15 minutes

Private session continues according to your treatment plan and/or addresses new health concerns. This may also include body work, intradermals, and essential oils.

*non-needle treatments are available upon request (acupressure, essential oils, tuning forks, and no-feel intradermal stick-on needles are excellent and effective)

Guasha/cupping

30 minutes

Guasha and cupping are traditional bodywork techniques which relieve pain, benefit muscle tension and joint pain, inflammation, headaches, and symptoms of cold and allergies.
